The Race Totals tab appears on the left sidebar, and shows the total vote count for each candidate. Selecting features on the map will show the vote count for each candidate within that selection.  In the default view, each candidate’s vote total as well as the cumulative vote total can be changed manually by entering a new number into the Votes column. This will redistribute votes for each candidate proportionally. Vote changes can also be applied to only selected features, and will redistribute votes only within the selection. In the Shift View, the Race Totals tab will show the vote shares of each candidate before and after the changes were applied.
